Responsibilities As A Customer Service Representative:
- Meet and greet customers courteously and professionally, leaving each customer amazed with our commitment to customer service
- Assist sales staff with formulating engaging proposals and completing sales orders
- Crystal clear and concise communication with our customers, sales team, and management staff
- Proactively follow up with consumers on service and sales promotions and check for overall account satisfaction
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology
- Navigate customer concerns and find the most suitable solution to surpass their expectations and enhance consumer satisfaction
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Gain industry expertise by attending client meetings covering increasing customer engagement, product knowledge, service offerings, sales promotions, sales trajectories, and new product launches
