Our Supported Employment Program (SEMP) in Slingerlands, NY, has a full-time, 40-hour Manager of Supported Employment-OPWDD position available. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm* (* includes a daily 30-minute, unpaid lunch break) with evenings and weekends as needed. The rate of pay is $25.50-26.50 per hour, and this is an hourly position. This position directly supervises the OPWDD SEMP services and is responsible for coordination of OPWDD Intensive and Extended Services including ETP (Employment Training Program), submission of monthly billing, quality, compliance, budgetary management, and personnel functions.

- At least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a vocational setting.
- Knowledge in Medicaid billing through OPWDD.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services/business or related field preferred OR a combination of education and experience, which in the judgment of the agency, is equivalent to these standards.
- To secure and maintain all certifications and training required by WWAARC. This includes but is not limited to, Medication Administration, 1st Aid & CPR, Decision Driving, and SCIP-R.What’s in it for You? You will work where you AND the work you do are valued! We offer:
