Database and Reporting Administrator Contract Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time Database and Reporting Administrator contractor to support our Advocacy & Strategy Manager in efficient data and strategic planning operations.
The successful candidate will work with our team to refine database management processes, develop reports, and support the redesign of our strategic framework. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with TrackVia or similar software, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and edit components of Warren Village's strategic planning software, TrackVia.
Collaborate with staff to update TrackVia for timely data submission.
Provide consultation on software administration and development.
Create training materials and resources for staff.
Pull data from and build custom reports in TrackVia.
Support the Advocacy and Strategy Manager in the strategic framework redesign process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years of experience working with TrackVia or similar software.
Two years of database management/administration experience.
Ability to navigate, manage, and edit strategic planning software.
Experience creating training materials or training people on software use.
Contract Details:
$25 per hour for up to 160 hours.
Position is an independent contractor, not intended to create a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Contractor responsible for all tax-related items and receives annual Form 1099-NEC.
