Warren Family Recovery in Warren, OH is looking for one therapist (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Consult Mental Health Clients in Psychotherapy sessions via In-Person or TeleHealth
- Evaluate and diagnosis Behavioral Health & Substance Use History of Clients
- Build and Review Individualized Treatment Plans for clients
- Document completed sessions and consultations within the Electronic Medical Record System (EMR)
Qualifications
- Must be Licensed by an Ohio Professional Licensure Board: LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC, LMFT/LIMFT
- Must be able to pass a Background Check & Urine Drug Screening
- Must have basic understanding of video conferencing and Telehealth requirements
