We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our crew and help us continue delivering top-notch work throughout Central Indiana (most work performed in Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, Indianapolis).
Position Overview
This role is open to experienced installers at any level — whether you're a helper with solid experience looking to grow or a seasoned installer ready to lead jobs from start to finish. We do things the right way and we want people who feel the same way. You’ll primarily handle residential and light commercial replacements and retrofits. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable, supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial HVAC replacement and retrofit installations
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions
- Ensure all installations meet code, safety standards, and company expectations
- Test systems for proper operation and troubleshoot installation-related issues
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions clearly
- Work efficiently to complete jobs on time while maintaining high quality
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly dispose of old equipment
- Collaborate with team members and report job progress to management
Requirements
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude

- $20–$36 per hour, based on experience
