Responsibilities
- Sell new Lincoln and premium pre-owned luxury vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional follow-up and referral generation.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection and test drive to delivery.
- Present vehicle features, technology, financing options, and ownership benefits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively follow up on leads.
- Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Stay current on Lincoln products, luxury vehicle brands, and market trends.
Qualifications
- US Work Authorization is required.
- Clean driving record and valid Driver License as this position operates motor vehicles.
- Automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM and technology.
- Professional appearance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
