Responsibilities

• Lead engaging tennis lessons tailored to children of various skill levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment at all times
• Develop creative drills and activities that promote skill development, coordination, and teamwork
• Monitor participants’ behavior, enforce camp rules, and manage group dynamics to maintain a positive environment
• Provide basic first aid when necessary and communicate effectively with parents and camp staff about participant progress or concerns
• Maintain equipment, ensure proper use of tennis gear, and uphold safety standards across all activities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in a camp or school setting
• Strong background in tennis instruction.
• Excellent behavior management skills to motivate children while maintaining discipline and safety standards
• Ability to demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and clear communication tailored to young learners’ needs
