Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Machinist role located in Coraopolis, PA. The Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machines to manufacture precision parts, interpreting technical drawings, setting up and calibrating machinery, and inspecting finished products to uphold quality standards. The role includes troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining a safe workspace, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with operating machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, technical drawing interpretation, and machining processes
- Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality control using precision measurement tools
- Knowledge of machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; machinist certification or relevant technical training is advantageous
