TITLE: OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.
2. Demonstrate and/or develop skills to operate office and educational
equipment and a minimum of two years of increasingly responsible
secretarial and clerical experience.
3. Must meet the requirements of a criminal record check as specified by
Kentucky state law.
4. Has met health requirements as specified in district personnel policy.
5. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find
appropriate and acceptable.

JOB GOAL:
To assure the smooth and efficient operation of the office so that the office's
maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized.
CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE REQUIRED:

16. May assist with monitoring the lunchroom when necessary, as well
asassisting with other clerical duties within the school when other
staff are absent.
17. Other related duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. Number of days worked will be determined by the current school
calendar adopted by the Board.
2. Salary commensurate with adopted classified personnel salary
schedule.
3. Sick leave and emergency leave as stated in board policy.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the
Board's policy on evaluation of classified personnel. Evaluation will be conducted
by the principal.
