We are seeking a friendly and efficient Facilities Custodian to provide cleaning and up-keep for one of our WCCS, Inc. facilities. You may be asked to fill in at non-routine locations as needed to support the operations of the agency.
Essential Duties Include:
- Cleans restrooms, meeting spaces, lobbies and offices including sweeping, mopping, removing trash, etc.
- Maintains stock and supplies, ensures facilities are prepared for staff and visitors.
- Completes less-frequent cleaning tasks such as stripping/ waxing floors as needed.
- Documents services, observations, supply use, etc. and reports to supervisor as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School or GED
- Practical experience in cleaning
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff.
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined to carry out responsibilities with little supervision or direction.
- Ability to perform physically, including continuous or frequent heavy physical exertion, such as lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, or bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
Benefits:
- This is a part-time role averaging between 15-25 hours per week, Mon-Fri.
- We have roles open at our Oak Street location OR at our 741 Center, both in Lebanon but you may be asked to fill in at other sites, as needed.
