Varsity and JV Head Soccer Coaches and Soccer Assistant Coaches (Boys and Girls)

Position(s):
 

• Boys Varsity Head Soccer Coach
• Boys JV Head Soccer Coach
• Boys Soccer Assistant Coach
• Girls Varsity Head Soccer Coach
• Girls JV Head Soccer Coach
• Girls Soccer Assistant Coach

Qualifications:
 

• Valid CPR Certification.
• Valid State of Ohio Pupil Activity Permit.
• Successful BCII & FBI background checks.
• Successful completion of the NFHS Coaching certification.
• Successful completion of the Sudden Signs of Cardiac Arrest (Lindsay's Law) certification.
• Previous coaching experience and knowledge of soccer.  

Duties:
 

• Demonstrate knowledge and the ability to instruct and develop players in soccer.
• Conduct an off season strength and conditioning program, along with position specific camps for grades 4-8 (incorporate varsity players in the coordination of the camps).
• Maintain outstanding communication skills with student-athletes, parents and the Athletic Director/ Administration.
• Demonstrate an emphasis on academic and athletic excellence for all students.
• Utilize positive and respectful coaching strategies while creating a high enery learning environment.
• Be a positive role model for student-athletes, demonstrating integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Be responsible for all school equipment and property.
• Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Warren City Board of Education.
• Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Athletic Director or his/her designee.

Compensation: Per negotiated agreement
