Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager, based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee engineering teams, providing technical guidance, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, technical collaboration, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in mentoring and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in engineering project management, resource allocation, and delivering on deadlines
- Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering, with knowledge of Caterpillar equipment or related machinery a plus
- Ability to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with safety and industry regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and use of engineering software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage
