We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Customize Business Central using built-in tools and extensions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other consultants.
• Maintain documentation including solution design, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay current with Microsoft updates, certifications, and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience supporting and working with legacy ERP systems, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Microsoft NAV, Sage 100 / 100c, etc.
• Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle Business Central implementations.
• Strong understanding of core modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Warehousing.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and ERP consulting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in Report Builder and forms modification / formatting.
• Familiarity with ISV solutions like Jet Reports, SmartConnect, or Tangicloud.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or non-profit.
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Cosmos or Solver.
• Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure integrations.
