As a Direct Support Professional - DSP - you can earn a sign-on bonus and a higher starting wage with increases for training & shift differentials! Second and third shift part and full time needed.

Qualified applicants must have the following:
· Desire, compassion and ability to help individuals intellectual disabilities
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
· Must be able to communicate in English
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Ability to use a desktop computer effectively for documentation and recordkeeping
Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:
· Caregiver to provide care, support, and supervision to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
· Support individuals with self-care, social and independent living skills, recreation and leisure activities.
· Perform household chores, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
· Encourage independence, up to a person's abilities.
