- Experience in Warranty Administration and ability to handle claim processing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide excellent support and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with warranty processing software and general office applications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant experience are a plus
