This is a full-time Configuration Management / Logistics Data Specialist role based on-site in Crane, IN. The specialist will be responsible for managing software and configuration control processes, supporting product lifecycle management, and ensuring adherence to configuration management policies. Day-to-day duties include maintaining configuration documentation, managing IT service management activities, and facilitating program management tasks related to logistics and technical data. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and organizational skills to support the accuracy and availability of critical configuration and logistical information.
- Proficiency in Configuration Management and Software Configuration Management processes
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and IT Service Management
- Strong skills in Program Management, including planning and execution
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and manage configuration control records
- Familiarity with defense or government sector standards and protocols is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
