Role Summary
WarpWare is seeking a Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer to develop capabilities for the WarpWare software platform, perform research and development, and deliver on contracts for a variety of commercial and government customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of ownership, independence, and problem solving skills regardless of experience.

Responsibilities
This role involves working on a variety of projects across the space domain, including rocket launch, rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO), Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Geosynchronous (GEO) operations, and cislunar operations.
- Design, develop, and test space systems, algorithms, and software
- Interface regularly with customers
- Apply systems engineering principles to the development, analysis, and execution of complex systems
- Think creatively to develop innovative solutions to challenging problems
- Apply guidance, navigation, and control techniques for space missions in a variety of domains
- Analyze real flight data, develop insights, and iterate system design to improve performance
- Develop software in C , Python, and (to a lesser extent) MATLAB
- Shape the future of the WarpWare platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience exercising strong ownership of complex problems
- Willingness to challenge others and be challenged
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Understanding of vehicle flight dynamics and guidance, navigation, and control algorithms
- Strong coding and problem solving skills
- Must be eligible to perform EAR / ITAR work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using C and Python
- Computer vision experience
- Embedded software development experience
Compensation & Benefits
SALARY: $90,000 - $150,000
