We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Accounting team at our Minneapolis office.

What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices, statements, credit memos, and other Accounts Payable documents.
• Verify invoices for accuracy, purchase orders, approvals, due dates, and pricing.
• Maintain and organize Accounts Payable records and documentation.
• Process vendor payments and assist with payment inquiries.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
• Welcome visitors and assist with front office responsibilities.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate office administrative functions.
• Support day-to-day office operations and complete other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting or Business is a plus.
• 3-5 years of office administration experience.
• Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Construction or highway industry experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Regular in-office attendance is required.
