Field Repair Operations Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment? We're looking for a Field Repair Operations Supervisor to lead our Scheduling, Routing, and Parts teams while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll coach and develop team members, optimize technician schedules, streamline processes, and help drive continuous improvement across our service operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily Field Repair operations of our Scheduling, Routing, and Parts teams.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to achieve high performance and excellent service.
• Optimize Field Repair technician schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee parts selection and procurement activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Resolve escalated customer, technician, and vendor issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Partner with leadership on special projects, operational initiatives, and business improvements.
• Perform the duties of scheduling, routing and parts team as needed.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of experience in field service, dispatch, scheduling, logistics, customer service, or a related operations environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in appliance repair or service operations is a plus.
