Duties
- Post invoices, handle all office paperwork.
- All GL, AP, AR functions.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Quicken and proprietary business system for financial record keeping and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and outside vendors or customers.
Skills
- Accounting degree or extensive bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with double entry accounting system.
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
