Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Machinist position located in Keene, NH. The Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining manual and CNC machines, performing surface and cylindrical grinding. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, ensuring products meet specifications, and maintaining quality control standards. Additional duties include routine equipment maintenance and collaboration with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC and manual milling and turning machines
- Experience with surface and cylindrical grinding, as well as stamping operations
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Knowledge of quality control processes and precision measuring instruments
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to maintaining safety standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in machining or manufacturing is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus
- Must be a US Citizen and can pass a criminal background check
