Warners Outdoor Solutions is hiring Snow Plow Drivers for the 2026 winter season to serve commercial and residential properties throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Earn $30 per hour operating a company vehicle equipped with a straight or V plow. This seasonal, on-call role requires availability for 612-hour shifts, with all drivers called in when snowfall reaches 1 inch. Reliable transportation to our St. Paul, MN shop is required.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle equipped with a straight or V plow to clear snow at commercial and residential properties.
- Respond to on-call assignments when snowfall reaches the 1-inch snow removal trigger and work 612-hour shifts.
- Shovel or use a snow blower to clear sidewalks when necessary.
- As opportunities arise, apply salt or ice melt and assist with lot clearings after snow events.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license.
- MN DOT medical card; the company will pay for the DOT physical.
- Reliable transportation to the shop in St. Paul, MN.
- Availability for seasonal, on-call work and 612-hour shifts.
- Ability to shovel and operate a snow blower when needed.
Compensation
$30 per hour, paid biweekly by check or direct deposit. Next-day pay is available.
