The Finance Transformation (FIT) Program team is a group of professionals across the WMG organization brought together to determine the best infrastructure and process design for an efficient, effective and sustainable future finance organization. The team will design future state, best practices, value add activities and technology enabling finance to be a strategic partner to a growth business.
Your role:
The Data Analyst holds a global remit and is responsible for assisting with the data validation and conversion from legacy to new applications.

Salary Range
$100,000 to $120,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.

The team will design future state, best practices, value add activities and technology enabling finance to be a strategic partner to a growth business.
Your role:
The Data Analyst holds a global remit and is responsible for assisting with the data validation and conversion from legacy to new applications.
Here you’ll get to:
- Assist multiple process owners on the transformation team to ensure that data requirements are documented and delivered successfully.
- Work cross-functionally with members of the reporting, I.T., data migration, and global data organization teams to ensure consistency across all efforts
- Assist with the mapping of critical data elements from current state system to future state systems across a multi-phased implementation plan
- Update key master data elements post-implementation
- Assist with creating data dictionaries and data mapping for data conversion
- Interface directly with key business stakeholders to ensure that their data needs are being met through the design and implementation of the transformation
- Participate in the design of technical specs as it relates to the data underlying key management and operational reports
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business, computer science, data science, finance or a related field
- 2 years working hands-on in a data-heavy job role
- Experience working in master data management
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A self-motivated approach to proactively driving outcomes
- A proven track record of working on large scale, fast-paced, and dynamic projects
