We are looking for a friendly, motivated optician to join our team as we expand into a newly constructed, state-of-the-art optometry office. Our ideal candidate has optical experience and enjoys offering patients personalized eyewear recommendations, meeting their visual needs, and enhancing their overall experience in our office. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection
- Help patients select eyewear that complements their style
- Educate patients on lens options and products
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
- Assist with optical dispensing, adjustments, and repairs
- Support daily optical operations as needed

The compensation listed reflects base pay. In addition, opticians are eligible for monthly performance bonuses.
