Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsattend site meetings and update project schedulesMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in Civil construction management.3 years or more using HCSS bidding software, and Heavy Job management software.competent with Excel, Blue Beam, and other management platforms such as Procore.3 years or more of heavy civil experience, including mass excavation projects, and underground utilities projects ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDeadline and detail-oriented
Salary : $60,000 - $95,000
