Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Sprayer Maintenance & Build Technician to join our team. This role is based in our shop and is responsible for the assembly, repair, and maintenance of custom sprayers used in agricultural and industrial applications. In addition to sprayer work, the technician will assist with general equipment maintenance, shop organization, and various mechanical and fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom sprayer systems from the ground up using schematics and parts lists
• Diagnose and repair issues on existing sprayers and related equipment
• Maintain and organize shop tools, inventory, and work areas
• Perform basic welding, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on shop equipment
• Assist with incoming and outgoing freight, parts receiving, and staging
• Support team members with additional mechanical or shop-related tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment assembly or repair
• Familiarity with pumps, plumbing, valves, and spray systems preferred
• Basic knowledge of welding, electrical, or fabrication is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and be comfortable with physical labor
