What You'll Do:
- Operate powder coating equipment, curing ovens, and related tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare, blast, and powder coat products such as bumpers, grumpers, snowplows, etc. to meet quality and production standards
- Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure a high-quality finish
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance
- Support team production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months as a powder coating technician and/or general manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly, willingness to team lift, work in varying temperatures
- Excellent attention to detail and quality minded
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Shift:
Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Overtime available dependent on production demands.
