Position Summary: The Sales Support Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Sales Representatives and ensuring our customers are supported. This role coordinates day-to-day sales activities, manages customer onboarding, and helps maintain strong internal and external relationships. The role also supports our team by assisting with order processing and project coordination, helping the Sales team focus on growth and customer engagement.
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, identify leads, and generate reports as requested by Sales leadership.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, while providing timely, professional, and helpful support to Sales Representatives.
- Identify potential leads and uncover new opportunities by researching prospects, territories, and sales channels.
- Coordinate quotes in partnership with Customer Service; ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and clear communication with the Sales team and customers.
- Assists in managing inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries, and customer referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate handoffs.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve discrepancies and ensure projects and orders are executed on time.
- Participate in the creation of customer-facing communications in partnership with Sales and Marketing; including targeted emails, price sheets, and other sales collateral.
- Input and maintain accurate customer and prospect records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting other team members with order processing, ad-hoc tasks, or project needs as they arise.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong online research skills to efficiently identify and vet prospects, verify contact information, and uncover relevant insights.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with customers and internal teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Expert proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic order management is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation: $20-$24 Hourly Rate Discretionary Annual Bonus
Top-performing Sales Support Administrator may have an opportunity to earn commission on a limited book of business.
