We’re Looking for a Senior Software Engineer 

At WarmHub, we're building something that's never been built before: the first scalable trust infrastructure platform. And we need a senior engineer who can help lead the way.

Trust is broken on the internet. While the world has revolutionized how knowledge spreads (Google, Wikipedia) and how commerce flows (Amazon, Stripe), trust remains stuck in the stone age—reliant on PDFs, scattered documents, and manual processes.  

WarmHub is here to change that.  

We're building infrastructure where trust can be shared, reused, and composed, just like code on GitHub.  

How You Will Make an Impact

You See the Big Picture (and the Details That Matter)

• You own problems end to end, starting with the user’s goal and not just the ticket. You frame the problem, explore options, and deliver solutions that feel obvious in hindsight. 
• You turn ambiguity into clarity by driving lightweight discovery, aligning stakeholders on outcomes, and breaking work into iterative milestones that deliver value early and often.
• You engineer for longevity. You design and build systems that are secure, scalable, maintainable, observable, and easy to evolve.

• You lead by example in code reviews, set technical direction, and raise the bar for quality.
• You collaborate seamlessly with Product and Design to translate user goals into elegant, cohesive experiences.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments where everyone’s voice matters, and you value impact over applause.

You Know the Tradeoffs (and When to Break the Rules)

• You have 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering user-facing products and platform components.
• You've built and scaled TypeScript/Node.js applications, architected complex PostgreSQL databases with advanced features, and deployed containerized services to cloud platforms. You're comfortable with sophisticated patterns like event sourcing and version-controlled data, prioritize type safety across the stack, and thrive in a functional programming environment. This role requires true full-stack mastery with emphasis on type safety, clean architecture, and the ability to work with unique commit-based data models.
• You balance speed and quality with a bias for action, never cutting corners on what matters, while building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
