This is a full-time on-site role located in Seattle, WA, for Home Care Aides/Caregivers. Responsibilities include providing personal care to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, and ensuring the safety and comfort of clients within their homes. Additionally, caregivers will engage clients in meaningful conversation, foster a supportive atmosphere, and assist with light housekeeping duties as needed. Documentation and communication regarding clients' well-being and health concerns will also be required.
- Experience in caregiving and home care, with the ability to assist clients in maintaining their independence and comfort in their own homes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support to clients.
- Proficiency in personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Knowledge and experience in elder care, with an understanding of the unique needs of older adults.
- High level of patience, compassion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Relevant certifications, such as CPR/First Aid, are preferred but not mandatory.
