Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will:

• Provide compassionate care by assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Ensure resident comfort by assisting with repositioning, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene
• Document and monitor vital signs and changes in the resident’s condition, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive care environment
• Uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining patient dignity and respect at all times
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Current CNA Certification through the Virginia State Board of Nursing in good standing (or completion of CNA coursework with an upcoming exam date)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents
  
  

Shift& Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
• Various shifts available (Day and Night shifts) with every other weekend required 6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am
