Warhorse Rentals, Five Star Equipment's light construction and aerial equipment rental division, is looking for a hands-on Road Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering dependable service where it matters most.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor and major repairs on rental equipment.
- Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues in the field and apply root cause analysis to resolve them effectively.
- Work with Service Advisors and Managers to document repairs, identify parts needs, and communicate additional service requirements.
- Help maintain the reliability and readiness of a growing light construction and aerial equipment fleet.
- Represent Warhorse Rentals with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first approach at every service call.
- At least 2 years of experience as a service technician or mechanic; construction equipment experience is preferred.
- Strong hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagnostic skills.
- Experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and light construction equipment is a plus.
- Basic tools of the trade.
- Comfort using laptops, Microsoft Office, and internet-based tools.
- A flexible, reliable approach and the ability to work effectively in varied environments.
- Clean driving record.
