Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve food following all safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and food safety management.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
• Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices.
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Support team members in delivering excellent customer service by providing prompt assistance and addressing guest inquiries professionally.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Experience with food preparation, bussing tables, or café operations is advantageous.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm.

Pay: $22.97 - $27.66 per hour
