Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bi-lingual Recruiter located in Longview, TX. The Bi-lingual Recruiter will manage and execute the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. Responsibilities include creating and posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with department managers to identify hiring needs, and maintaining recruitment-related records. Additionally, the recruiter will help bridge communication gaps for Spanish-speaking candidates and promote a positive company culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish for written and verbal communication
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessing qualifications
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and HR compliance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience recruiting in industrial services, construction, or a related industry is highly desirable.
