What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Leasing Manager (Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA) position at WareSpace?
About The Company
WareSpace is a national real estate firm specializing in the development of co-warehousing and small-bay industrial space. WareSpace creatively adapts and reconfigures dated industrial and challenged properties into thriving hubs that support the surrounding small business community. Operating with a vertically integrated structure, WareSpace ensures a high level of quality by offering all major service lines in-house, including acquisitions, development, construction, finance, operations, marketing, and sales. With 23 locations across major U.S. markets, WareSpace is in rapid growth mode.
The Role
This is a traveling leasing role. You will be deployed to newly built WareSpace locations across the country to lead leasing efforts and drive each building to stabilized occupancy. Assignments typically last 30 or more days per market, and you should expect to relocate multiple times per year based on business needs.
We strongly prefer candidates currently based in the Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA metro areas, as WareSpace has a significant and growing portfolio of properties in these regions. However, this is not a market-specific role. You will go wherever the next building needs to be filled.
This is not a desk role. You will spend the majority of your time onsite walking the property, conducting tours, engaging with local business owners, and converting interest into signed leases. You are the face of WareSpace in every market you serve.
If you like ownership, pace, and being rewarded for execution, this role is designed for you.
