Job Summary:
The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sorting, counting, and receiving inbound products physically and systemically from clients and vendors; assist in our Amazon FBA department; spot check and audit products; and assist with other projects as needed. This is an on-your-feet job!

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound freight and ensure accurate reporting to clients.
- Monitor status and progress of inventory-related projects and provide feedback to clients
- Identify, sort, count, and receive into inventory management software, and physically place into storage locations all inbound products
- Label and prep all items to be sent to Amazon warehouses around the country.
- Consolidate locations when appropriate
- Ensure that inventory is accurately transferred both physically and digitally from each locations when moving products
- Ensure all communication and tickets with clients are timely and responses are both quick as well as accurate
- Audit potential SKU and/or qty discrepancies as requested
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors and clients
- Conducts frequent audits of physical inventory to maintain proper inventory levels
- Perform other duties as requested
Required Experience/Skills:
- 1 Years experience with inventory systems required (2-3 Years preferred)
- 1 Years fulfillment experience preferred
- Amazon FBA/ seller central experience preferred
- 2 Years Forklift Experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication with team and clients
- Proactive critical thinking
- Advanced understanding of inventory control procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (2 Years experience preferred)
- EXTREMELY organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to take lead in investigating issues, making assertive judgement calls, and executing on solutions
- Confidence in working under pressure and meeting deadlines with a calm demeanor
- Great attitude and works well with others
Job Type: Full-time
