Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate cranes and heavy machinery for moving large or bulky items within the warehouse or construction-related projects.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and maintaining detailed records.
- Assist with order picking processes, including
picker tasks, to fulfill customer orders efficiently. - Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stacking pallets correctly and ensuring materials are stored safely on racks or designated areas.
- Support warehouse supervision by following safety protocols, performing routine mechanical checks on equipment, and reporting any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related warehouse roles.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, clamp trucks, crane operation, and pallet jacks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picking procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehousing and construction environments.

Pay: $24.49 - $29.50 per hour
