Position Overview:

As a Wholesale Tire Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tires to wholesale clients such as automotive dealerships, tire shops, and fleet companies. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored tire solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of tire products, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Account Management:

• · Actively seek out new wholesale clients and develop relationships with existing ones.
• · Understand the specific needs and preferences of each client and provide them with personalized tire solutions.
• · Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive offers while maximizing profitability.
• ·Regularly follow up with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Product Knowledge and Education:

• · Stay updated on the latest tire products, trends, and technologies.
• · Provide clients with detailed information about tire specifications, features, and benefits.
• · Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of tire options.

Order Processing and Logistics:

• Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• ·Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipment and delivery of tires to clients.
• ·Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to ensure adequate stock availability.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• ·Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• ·Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• ·Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales targets.

Customer Service:

• ·Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer feedback.
• ·Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering assistance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• · Proven experience in wholesale or retail sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
• Strong knowledge of tire products, brands, and specifications.
• ·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ·Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
