Description

Communicate daily with DC personnel and management
Create, monitor, and verify tally sheets, picklists, shipping labels, and associated documentation
Generate and verify Bill of Lading, packing slips/unload sheets, and cross-border documentation
Complete Container exits on time
Validate customer instructions/requirements
Complete the required internal and external daily/weekly/monthly forms, reporting,g and dashboards
Interface internally with the client, their customers, and the carriers
Answer office phones, and radio calls
Maintain filing of records
Assist and back up the load planner
