Warehouse Services, Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Forklift Mechanics to support our growing distribution center operations in Greenville, SC. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient material handling equipment across our warehouse network.
We are looking for technicians with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who take pride in safety, quality workmanship, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Pay Range
- Forklift Mechanic: Starting at $50,000 annually
- Certified Master Technicians: Up to $75,000 annually based on certifications, experience, and skill level
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric and propane forklifts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and battery systems
- Repair pallet jacks, order pickers, reach trucks, dock equipment, and other warehouse machinery
- Complete equipment inspections and maintenance documentation accurately
- Respond to breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
- Ensure all repairs meet OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain organized parts inventory and work areas
- Support facility maintenance projects as needed
- 2 years of forklift maintenance or industrial equipment repair experience
- Experience working on Raymond, Crown, Toyota, Hyster, Yale, or similar equipment preferred
- Electrical troubleshooting and hydraulic repair experience strongly preferred
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- ASE Certifications
- OEM Forklift Certifications
- Electrical or Industrial Maintenance Certifications
- Certified Master Technician credentials highly valued
