We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital marketing efforts across all brands—building awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads and sales through strategic online marketing.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance each brand’s visibility, engagement, and revenue. This role combines creative storytelling, data-driven optimization, and hands-on management of websites, social media, and paid ad campaigns.
This is a full-time, in-house position with opportunities for growth as our brands expand.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Content Management
- Maintain and update websites across all brands (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
- Oversee SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and online visibility.
- Coordinate landing pages, product updates, and promotional content.
Social Media & Brand Engagement
- Develop and execute content calendars for social media across all brands.
- Create engaging posts (graphics, reels, short videos, stories) tailored to each audience.
- Monitor engagement metrics, respond to messages/comments, and grow brand communities.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance and manage monthly budgets to ensure ROI.
- Track conversions and produce regular reports on performance metrics.
Strategy & Reporting
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Report on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) to leadership.
- Collaborate with vendors, designers, and contractors when needed.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing multiple brands or products.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS tools.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing.
- Basic graphic design or video editing abilities (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Familiarity with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
