We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AM Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Lead and supervise the line cooks during the morning shift, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, inventory management, and sanitation procedures.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold best practices in food preparation and safety.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing menu offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage timing and coordination of food prep to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
