Ticket Writer – 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Warehouse Labor is currently hiring an experienced Ticket Writer to work at one of our client's distribution facilities in Milford, PA. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Ticket Writer to join our team on 2nd shift. In this full-time role, you will accurately prepare and process tickets, maintain organized records, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with computers while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Write and process customer tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect drivers' identification.
• Check paperwork for incoming and outgoing tickets and paperwork.
• Check date code accuracy on tickets and products.
• Ensure all shipments are secured.
• Inspect the product for any damage.
• Verify information for accuracy before completing transactions.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Answer customer questions and assist with ticket-related inquiries.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
