Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the distribution center.
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular physical counts to verify stock and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped according to company standards.
