Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. This role focuses on accurately picking products from inventory and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory according to order requirements using pick lists or handheld scanners
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Label packages accurately with required shipping information
- Keep the warehouse work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking when needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Work with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
- Experience using pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus (not required)
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical job duties
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.49 - $18.00 per hour
