Build positive, supportive relationships with students while providing individualized support throughout the school day.
Partner with teachers and specialists to implement IEPs, behavior support plans, and instructional strategies.
Coach students in developing self-regulation, communication, social, and independent living skills.
Encourage active participation in academic, vocational, and school activities.
Monitor student progress, document observations, and communicate effectively with the educational team.
Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
