This is a full-time position for an individual who is eager to contribute to our mission of creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

As our Landscape Crew Member, you'll earn a competitive wage of $850 - $1,200 per week, with overtime and benefits, including paid time off and uniforms.

Dive Deeper Into Your Day-To-Day:

Schedule: Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You'll have a 1-hour lunch break each day, and any hours worked beyond 40 per week will be eligible for overtime pay. Please note that seasonal hours may vary based on weather conditions and workload.

Throughout your day, you handle lawn maintenance services, landscaping, and drainage services. You work diligently outdoors, regardless of the weather, performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, drainage installation, hardscaping, and seasonal snow removal. Your ability to perform diverse tasks in all conditions ensures that every project is completed to the highest standard, delivering results that you can be proud of.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work hard for long hours
• A valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Landscaping, drainage, or construction experience
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
