The Wardwell is looking for a Full Time Resident Associate (CRMA/PSS credentialed REQUIRED) for the Day Shift to work 7a-3pm, 32-40 hours weekly, includes every other weekend shift. Opportunities to pick up shifts for time and a half incentive pay.
We offer a weekend differential of $3/hour. Holiday pay, seasonal bonuses and generous earned time flex package. Earned Time buy-out also offered annually. FREE lunch while you enjoy your PAID breaks!
Duties will include, but not limited to, the direct care of geriatric residents, medication administration, serving and delivery of meals, housekeeping, and occasional laundry services.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
