Position Overview:
The Social Media Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the team’s marketing and administrative efforts. This role involves creating and scheduling content, managing social media channels, engaging with followers, and assisting with other administrative tasks to keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring our brand to life online with scroll-stopping posts, reels, and stories
- Manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Plan, schedule, and track content so we’re always consistent and on-trend
- Engage with our followers—because building relationships is what we do best
- Assist with content creation (think behind-the-scenes, property tours, team spotlights, fun campaigns)
- Keep an eye on what’s working and share new ideas we should utilize.
- Stay up to date on real estate and social media trends so we’re always one step ahead
- Potential for growth into helping with additional areas such as event planning and client outreach.

- A creative thinker who loves social media and knows how to make content stand out
- Organized and detail-oriented (you can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball)
- Comfortable with basic editing apps and scheduling tools
- A strong communicator—whether it’s writing a caption or chatting with clients online

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
