Details:

  • Open Shifts: 2nd shift full time, 3rd shift full time 
  • Shift Differential: 2nd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.00 weekend. 3rd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.50 weekends.

Competitive Pay

  • RN: $32 to $37.40/hr, depending on experience
  • LPN: $28 to $33.40/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
  • Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  • Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.


Requirements

 

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
